Elevenses is a British and colonial meal that is similar to afternoon tea, but eaten in the morning. It is generally less savoury than brunch, and could consist of some cake or bread and a cup of tea. Winnie the Pooh preferred honey on bread and a little condensed milk.

The name refers to the time of day that it is taken: around eleven o'clock AM.
