Guido de Marco (born July 22, 1931) is the president of Malta, and has been since 1999.

He studied law and served as a lawyer for the government. He was elected to the Malta House of Representatives for the first time in 1964, and became secretary-general of the Nationalist Party in 1972. He has been deputy leader of that party since 1977 and was elected president of the country in 1999.
