The Acts include Quartering Act Quebec Act Massachusetts Government Act Administration of Justice Act Boston Port Act The punitive effect of these laws generated a reaction in a great and growing sympathy for the colonists of Massachusetts, encouraging the neighbouring colonies to band to together which would help lead to the American Revolutionary War.
