Ramon Berenguer II was Count of Barcelona 1076-1082. He ruled jointly with his twin brother Berenguer Ramon II, succeeding their father Ramon Berenguer I.

He married Mahalta of Apulia.

Ramon Berenguer II was killed in 1082, possibly at the behest of his twin. The latter ruled alone and was succeeded by Ramon Berenguer's son Ramon Berenguer III.
