Saratoga is a town located in Saratoga County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 5,141.

The racial makeup of the town is 97.80% White, 0.97% African American, 0.06% Native American, 0.16% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 0.23% from other races, and 0.72% from two or more races. 1.17% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
