Tattenhoe is an area of Milton Keynes, in the County of Milton Keynes, England. It is located to the south of the main town near the Roman road Watling Street.

The village (which formed part of Buckinghamshire until it was included in the Milton Keynes development) consisted of just three farms and the church of St Giles, but was recognised as a village (rather than a hamlet) because it had its own parish.

Its name is Anglo Saxon in origin, and means 'Tatta's spur of land'.
