The film starred Gregory Peck, Ann Todd, Charles Laughton Ethel Barrymore , Alida Valli. The film is not usually consider to be one of Hitchcock's better films. It has been suggested that Hitchcock was tired of his association with Selznick, by the time this filme was made.
