Naked Lunch is a film by the Canadian Director David Cronenberg.

Loosely based on the novel The Naked Lunch by William S. Burroughs, the plot follows a writer, Bill, who transports to Interzone, both a North-African B-Movie fantasy and a drug-induced dreamworld.

The story interweaves comic and fantastic elements from the novel with elements from Burroughs' life to make a narrative which captures the spirit of the novel.
