Emil Welti (April 23, 1825 - February 24, 1899) was a Swiss politician.
He was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on December 8, 1866 and handed over office on December 31, 1891. He was affiliated to the Free Democratic Party. During his office time he held the following departments:
